FIELD: chemical technology, semiconductors. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for preparing high-temperature superconductors. Method for preparing high-temperature neodymium/cerium superconductor of the composition Nd2-xCexCuO4-x, involves mixing oxides of the parent components in the required ratio, their following annealing up to preparing monophase material and its final thermal treatment in the range of temperatures 785- -860 C under vacuum and under equilibrium conditions corresponding to low-oxygen boundary of homogeneity region of material to be treated for 24-100 h. Final thermal treatment allows preparing superconductor showing indices: Tc = 23.5 K; volume of superconducting phase is 60%.
