FIELD: ceramics industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for producing ceramics, namely, a modifier that changes the electrophysical and magnetic properties of high-temperature superconducting ceramics or piezoceramics. The modifier is an aqueous or water-alcohol solution of one or more components of the charge of the specified ceramic sample, a ceramic sample as such, an intermediate product obtained after the firing stage of the corresponding ceramic sample, a known alloying agent or a combination thereof, obtained by repeated sequential dilution of the starting substance in combination with external mechanical action: repeated shaking of each dilution. To change the electrophysical and magnetic properties of ceramics, the dry mixture of the charge is saturated with the claimed modifier, followed by firing and sintering according to the technology for obtaining the corresponding ceramics.
EFFECT: invention provides for the production of modified ceramics with improved electrophysical and magnetic properties, without the formation of impurity defects in the crystal structure of the resulting ceramics.
