FIELD: bipolar separating plate used in fuel elements.
SUBSTANCE: in correspondence with invention separating plate for pile of fuel elements with membrane made of polymer electrolyte comprises at least two similarly extended elements of sheet metal whose form ensures distribution of gaseous reagents on electrodes of individual fuel elements in pile of fuel elements. Elements of sheet material extended to same length are stacked up and form space for flow of coolant between them.
EFFECT: reduced dimensions of pile.
