FIELD: radio engineering, waveguide sections of phase arrays, waveguide dividers, waveguide adders used in radars and intended to divide power of source into larger number of channels.

SUBSTANCE: waveguide power supply system for phased array is manufactured in the form of serpentine waveguide comprising bends and rectilinear sections as well as linking elements of serpentine waveguide with radiators of phased array. In contrast to prototype link of k rectilinear sections of serpentine waveguide together with bends forms series connection though k communication elements to radiator of phased array produced in the form of sections of waveguide matching by form and dimensions corresponding rectilinear sections and bends of serpentine waveguide of moderating system. Length of rectilinear sections of serpentine waveguide and phase length of wave between two adjacent communication elements is chosen shorter than phase length of wave between radiators by factor of k where k =2, 3, 4…integral number. Link can comprise two rectilinear sections of serpentine waveguide and form together with bends series connection via identical communication elements with radiators of array coming in the form of sections of waveguide matching by form and dimensions corresponding rectilinear sections and bend of serpentine waveguide of moderating system. In this case length of rectilinear internal section of serpentine waveguide and phase length of wave between adjacent communication elements are selected half as short as phase length of wave between radiators.

EFFECT: diminished reflectivity of waveguide supply system in wide frequency range.
