FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring frequency and amplitude of working tool, draft and speed of advancement thereof simultaneously with initial movement of machine, with vibration frequency being initially regulated followed by regulation of vibration amplitude. Each regulation procedure provides for correspondence of vibration parameters to minimal draft and maintaining of machine advancement speed. Apparatus has vibration exciter with regulating device. Vibration exciter is connected to hydraulic cylinder, whose stem is pivotally connected to vibrating working tool, and is driven by hydraulic engine connected to adjustable pump. Hydraulic cylinder cavities are communicated through two back valves to hydraulic line between hydraulic engine and throttle. Rotational frequency sensor is mounted on vibration exciter drive shaft. Hydraulic lines are equipped with pressure sensors. Hydraulic cylinder stem is provided with advancement sensor. Tractor, to which tillage machine is connected, is furnished with draft sensor and speed sensor. Sensors are connected to control unit inputs and regulating devices are connected to control unit outputs.

EFFECT: simplified method and construction of apparatus, improved quality of soil and provision for maintaining constant speed of advancement of tractor and minimal draft.
