SUBSTANCE: apparatus has water vessel transparent for microwave radiation and detachable thermally stable vessel for product, said product vessel being manufactured from material nontransparent for microwave radiation. This vessel is made in the form of elastic water-permeable bag manufactured from fabric or porous and/or perforated film, having of cells, pores and perforations of sizes less than 3 mm in all directions. Apparatus allows food product to be cooked in microwave oven under home conditions, as well as in public catering enterprises.

EFFECT: simplified construction, reduced sizes, wider range of usage and convenient operation.
