FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for cooking edible eggs as well as non-edible egg waste from incubators in the production of bird feed. A microwave egg cooker with a toroidal resonator comprises in the vertical plane a non-ferromagnetic toroidal resonator 1 of elliptical cross section, where an electrically driven dielectric cellular wheel 4 is vertically installed coaxially to the entire depth of the resonator. On the outer surface of the dielectric cellular wheel 4 of rectangular cross section there are evenly spaced cells for eggs. The wheel 4 is installed so that less than half of it is located in the capacitor part 2 of the resonator. A ceramic arc-shaped perforated chute 11 is permanently installed above the cells with a hole at the level of the dielectric valve 9 located above the lower base of the toroidal resonator 1, where a window with a docked transcendental waveguide 10 is provided with a diameter greater than the size of the egg. The rest of the dielectric cellular wheel is located inside the central cylinder of the resonator with a closed non-ferromagnetic upper base 5, having a loading hole, in a stationary non-ferromagnetic arcuate chute 6, presented as counter-mounted non-ferromagnetic combs with a uniform pitch and a comb length of less than a quarter of the wavelength. The step between the combs above the loading hole on the upper non-ferromagnetic base 5 of the central cylinder is larger than the size of the egg. Along the perimeter of the outer side surface of the toroidal resonator 1 with a shift of 120 degrees, waveguides with magnetrons 8 are installed so that the emitters are directed to the capacitor part 2.
EFFECT: ensuring the duty cycle of the process of exposure to an electromagnetic field of an ultrahigh frequency of less than 0.5 due to the rotation of the cellular wheel with eggs through the capacitor part of the resonator, where a high electric field strength is excited, sufficient to sterilize the product; observance of electromagnetic safety through the use of a comb retarding system; concentration of electromagnetic radiation energy in raw materials using a perforated ceramic chute above the wheel cells.
