SUBSTANCE: invention relates to kitchen equipment and is intended for cooking food in microwave oven, in particular for boiling of eggs and other products in shell. Device for protection of product against electromagnet radiation in microwave oven represents a volume hollow structure in the form of dome-shaped cap from elastic woven or nonwoven material. Cap is impermeable for microwave electromagnet radiation, but is permeable for water. At the open end of cap along perimetre there is a rigid hoop with arched bar fixed on it, upper end of which is arranged over the dome, and there is a handle on it, besides upper end of arched bar directly or via handle is connected to top of cap.

EFFECT: simplified design and wider range of technical means for boiling of eggs and other sheel products in microwave oven.
