FIELD: medicine, obstetrics.
SUBSTANCE: the present method deals with diagnostics at earlier stage of development of inflammatory process in pregnant women with urogenital chlamydiosis. It is necessary to study metabolic disorders at the level of lipid exchange, moreover, one should study initial stages of its disorder, that is phospholipid spectrum and the level of arachidonic acid and at increased lysophosphatidyl choline in peripheral blood being above 4%, decreased phosphatidyl ethanolamine being below 22%, phosphatidyl choline being below 36% and increased arachidonic acid being above 2 mM/l in pregnant women with urogenital chlamydiosis it is possible to diagnose inflammatory process.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics.
