FIELD: manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use in manufacture of elevated-strength concrete and reinforced concrete products as well as in construction of cast-in-place buildings and installations. Method envisages formation (without connecting power sources) of concentration circuit consisting of two homogenous-material electrodes and concrete mix, to which automatic control device is connected. Concrete mix functions as electrolyte. Amplitude- and time-modulating voltage is then applied to the circuit. Mix hardening stages are controlled with high precision from changes in voltage and control points and, from that, structurization duration, conditions, and quality are governed. When structurization is completed, electrodes are kept incorporated in hardened mix and control system device is disconnected.
EFFECT: enabled determination of setting beginning and end times and post-operation control of condition and hardening stages of concrete mix.
