FIELD: agricultural microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for preparing the bacterial preparation enhancing productivity of agricultural crops. Method involves adaptation of the bacterium strain Azotobacter chroococcum isolated from dark-gray soil in Tomsk region by multistage elevating the concentration of deltamethrin in combination with goal-seeking incubation of cells. Using such method the novel strain Az d 10 VKM B-2272 D is obtained that shows growth-stimulating and fungistatic properties that provides its using in preparing the effective bacterial preparation and to use its as the plant growth-stimulating agent being with insecticide chemical preparations simultaneously.
