FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed high-pressure fuel-injection pump, particularly high-pressure pump of distributing type for internal combustion engines has housing, drive shaft, fuel-feed, one distributing plunger getting into high-pressure cylinder, and control sleeve. Drive of distributing plunger acting onto opposite end face of plunger provides reciprocation of plunger and its rotary movement along axis. Distributing plunger drive is made in form of slider consisting of cylindrical part, pre-feeding cylinder and distributing plunger. Closed groove made on outer side of cylindrical part of slider engages with supports secured n housing. Distributing plunger is provided with axial channel communicates pre-feeding cylinder with high-pressure cylinder. Slider is mechanically coupled with drive shaft through solid of revolution. Pump housing is divided into two parts.
EFFECT: reduced noise, increased service life, improved reliability of pump.
