FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for conversion of wind and water energy into electric energy at stable parameters of output frequency and voltage. According to invention, wind-and-hydraulic power-generating plant consisting of wind-and-hydraulic motor, transmission device, induction generator with field capacitors contains additional capacitors, voltage stabilizer, pulse shaper, frequency master oscillator, synchronizer and amplifier. Planetary mechanism with electromagnetic brake is used as transmission device, and wind-and-hydraulic motor is connected with drive shaft of planetary mechanism. Driven shaft of planetary mechanism is connected with rotor of induction generator whose winding is connected with field capacitors, additional capacitors, output terminals, voltage stabilizer and pulse shaper which is connected with first input of synchronizer whose second input being connected with frequency master oscillator. Output of synchronizer is connected with input of amplifier and the latter is connected with control winding of electromagnetic brake.
EFFECT: stabilization of frequency and voltage of generator.
