FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: windmill-electric power plant designed to convert wind energy into electricity at steady parameters of output frequency and voltage has electromagnetic clutch with control winding, additional capacitors, voltage regulation device, pulse shaper, master frequency oscillator, synchronizing device, and amplifier; windmill is connected through transfer device to speed sensor and drive shaft of electromagnetic clutch whose output shaft is joined with rotor of n-pole variable- speed induction generator whose windings are connected to input of switching unit whose output is connected to field capacitors, additional capacitors, output terminals, voltage regulator device, and pulse shaper; the latter is connected to first input of synchronizing device whose second input is connected to master frequency oscillator; synchronizing device output is connected to input of amplifier and the latter is connected to control winding of electromagnetic clutch. EFFECT: enlarged range of wind load for generator voltage and frequency regulation. 1 cl, 3 dwg
