FIELD: wind power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: wind power plant comprises wind motor, transmitting device, velocity pickup, electromagnetic clutch, n-pole asynchronous generator whose leads are connected with the exciting capacitor through the commutator, device for stabilizing voltage, pulse generator connected with the first input of the synchronization device. The second input of the synchronization device is connected with the frequency generator. The output of the synchronization device is connected with the input of the amplifier whose output is connected with the control winding of the electromagnetic clutch. The commutator is made of cells mounted on the contactless power elements. The wind power plant has units for analysis and control whose input is connected with the velocity pickup and outputs are connected with the cells of the commutator.
