FIELD: testing hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed stand has DC electric circuit including electric energy source, capacitor, switchgear and unit for simulating transport pipe line with pressure and temperature sensors in addition to current and voltage measuring units. Stand includes also microprocessor data collection system. Transport pipe line simulating unit is made in form of closed vessel at definite strength of walls with fuse conducting calibrated strip to which charge of electric energy is supplied through wires. Said charge is fed form capacitor charged from adjustable DC source. Vessel contains working medium (liquid or gas). Unit for simulating transport pipe line may be also provided with pliable envelope in addition to external closed vessel with strip made from calibrated wire located inside it. Cavity bounded by inner pliable envelope is filled with working medium (liquid or gas). Clearance found between inner pliable envelope and outer closed vessel may be filled with gaseous medium under pressure, inert gas for example. Pressure of working medium containing in inner pliable envelope may be increased relative to pressure created in clearance. Device used for measuring current and voltage in discharge circuit may be also used for measuring power and energy of electric discharge simulating hydraulic or pneumatic impact till burst in transport pipe line.
