FIELD: pipeline engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises making a chamfering on the faces of the outer pipe. The angle of inclination of the chamfering corresponds to the angle of rolling of the ends of the inner thin-walled flexible pipe. The insert member is made of the conical ring whose angle corresponds to the rolling angle of the inner pipe and is fit in the flexible pipe with interference. The insert member is made of a material that can be easily welded to the outer and inner pipes. The both of the inner sides of the flexible pipe is provided with a glue. The but between three members is welded preliminary, and then the faces of the pipes and insert member are welded completely over the periphery.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
