FIELD: measurement technology, tuning of resistance strain-gauge transducers with bridge measurement circuit by additive temperature error.
SUBSTANCE: prior to start of test transducer is balanced with the help of technological balancing resistor. In case of positive misbalance balancing resistor is switched on in one arm of bridge circuit in series with resistance strain gauges taking in compression deformation, in case of negative misbalance it is switched on with resistance strain gauges taking tensile deformation. Values of initial output parameters of misbalanced transducer at normal temperature and operating temperature are read. Arm of placement of compensation resistor is determined by sign of change of initial output signal with change of temperature to positive. Formula of invention gives dependence for computation of rated resistance of compensation resistor.
EFFECT: increased adaptability to manufacture and tuning of resistance strain gauge transducers by additive temperature error and their precision.
