FIELD: measurement technology, aids counting events altering for short time capacitance of capacitor pickup.

SUBSTANCE: gear incorporates two univibrators connected by circuit of ring self-excited generator, two integrating links connected to inputs of analog comparator connected to microcontroller and digital indicator. Outputs of univibrators are connected correspondingly to inputs of integrating links. Time-setting circuit of one univibrator includes capacitor pickup and time-setting resistor. Time-setting circuit of another univibrator contains capacitor of reference capacitance and time-setting resistor.

EFFECT: measurement of continuously altering capacitance of capacitor and computation of frequency of change of capacitance.
