FIELD: radiolocation.
SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention consists in enhanced precision of adjustment of antenna due to exclusion of error introduced by lack of parallelism of azimuthal axis of rotation of adjusted antenna and tower. Given task is solved as method of adjustment of antenna consists in placement of optical device with coordinates A on axis X and B on axis Y at certain distance from mechanical axis of antenna, in its stiff coupling with aperture plane of antenna, which optical axis is parallel to mechanical axis of antenna, in aiming of line of sight with the help of rotary gear to geodetic mark with coordinates A on axis X' and B on axis Y' placed together with auxiliary antenna on board anchored on tower, in determination of angular position of electrical axis of adjusted antenna with reference to line of sight. Salient feature of method lies in that close to adjusted antenna there is installed another optical device with coordinates -A along axis X and B along axis Y, which line of sight is parallel to mechanical axis of adjusted antenna, in matching of its line of sight with the aid of rotary gear with second geodetic mark with coordinates -A along axis X' and B along axis Y', which is located on board. Thereafter angular position of electrical axis of adjusted antenna relative to line of sight is established. Aiming of lines of sight of two optical devices on to two geodetic marks makes it feasible to set azimuthal axis of rotation of adjusted antenna and tower to set and consequently precision of adjustment of antenna to be enhanced.
EFFECT: enhanced precision of adjustment of antenna.
