FIELD: electronics, radio engineering, protection of controllable radio tube, transistor operating under key condition against short-circuit and circuit break between output electrodes at switching on and off stages.
SUBSTANCE: electron device is protected by way of test input and output voltages of electron device, by way of formation of two logic signals corresponding to these voltages and by way of formation of emergency signal for switch off of supply voltage from electron device when logic signals match in time. First logic signal is formed by differentiation of input voltage with subsequent delay of this signal and second signal is formed by way of differentiation of output voltage of electronic device. If logic signals do not match in time emergency signal for switching off of supply voltage of electron device is formed.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability, speed of response and widened functional capabilities of protection of electron device against short-circuit and circuit break between output electrodes at switching on and off stages.
