FIELD: agriculture, in particular, equipment for drying of grape and fruit by solar energy.
SUBSTANCE: drying apparatus is equipped with covering made in the form of two similar transparent pyramids executed from film and arranged one inside another. Netted trays filled with product are arranged in two tiers. Heating member is made in the form of thin blackened material and is arranged adjacent pyramid sides.
EFFECT: intensified drying process, improved quality of product and increased efficiency of drying apparatus.
