FIELD: food engineering, in particular, equipment for drying of grape and fruits by means of solar energy.
SUBSTANCE: radiation drying apparatus has double-layer transparent film covering made in the form of two similar rectangular regular pyramids placed one within another. Blackened heating member is positioned laterally of side faces of regular truncated pyramid arranged under lower tier. Side faces of truncated pyramid are made transparent and equipped with corrugated heating members attached thereto. Top base of pyramid is also made transparent and is equipped with blackened screen placed above top base and provided with slots. Exhaust pipe is mounted above outlet opening.
EFFECT: intensified drying process and improved quality of ready product.
