FIELD: medicine, functional diagnostics, neurophysiology.
SUBSTANCE: one should evaluate the dynamics of elecroencephalogram (EEG) and neurological status both before and after diagnostic sample. As a sample it is necessary to perform blockade of superior sympathetic ganglion at the side of affected vascular basin. In case of detecting the regress in alterations observed in initial EEG and neurological symptoms one should evaluate the reserve of collateral circulation to be safe and at no alterations or higher pathological EEG alterations and at neurological status either without any dynamics or higher neurological symptoms one should diagnose the absence in the reserve of collateral circulation.
EFFECT: the method enables to increase reliability of the trial.
