FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has interdental inlay manufactured from porous titanium nickelide and mounted in dental cavities on their approximal surfaces. The inlay has interdental and supradental areas. The device additionally has the second interdental inlay like the first one. It is arranged diametrically symmetric position with respect to the first one with supradental areas being adjacent to each other. The interdental area has L-shaped protrusion to enable fastening on occlusion tooth surface to be done according to dimensions and shape of corresponding cavity produced in tooth. The interdental inlays are arranged between loose teeth to be adjacent to each other and to healthy teeth restricting defect. They are manufactured with interdental space being taken into account, ground down to each other and fixed on composite material.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; retained micro-mobility in physiological boundaries; normalized function.
