FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dentistry and may be applicable for splinting of teeth. Channel is formed in vestibule-oral direction at the level of contact points between two neighbouring teeth, at the same time inlet and outlet holes of channel are expanded and have reverse-conical shape with angle of 30-70° relative to longitudinal axis of channel. Bond and composite material are applied onto prepared surfaces of teeth. Device for splinting is installed into channel, and device represents nut and screw, at the same time head of screw and nut have taper so that their surfaces tightly adjoin conical surfaces of splinted teeth. Beam hardening is executed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase reliability of splinting.
