FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves fixing teeth affected by periodontium diseases by attaching the loose teeth to healthy teeth, surrounding defect zone. To lay the wire in loose and healthy teeth, paired through holes are produced and connected to each other with transverse saw cut on the vestibular surface. The transverse groove is produced on healthy teeth also on the oral surface to form loop from wire. The through openings are arranged in the middle between the tooth cavity and occlusion surface. Fixing wire is manufactured from titanium nickelide. The wire is set in the teeth, beginning from a healthy one conducting the wire from the oral surface through the first through opening towards the vestibular side. The wire is laid into the groove and introduced into the second through opening bringing it back to the oral side. Then, the wire is drawn through interdental space to a loose teeth and it is introduced into the first through opening in loose tooth. The wire is conducted through all ill teeth and the second healthy tooth setting boundary to the defect zone in the like manner. Wire ends are laid into the transverse groove on the oral surface of healthy teeth in the direction opposite to that of wire path with a loop formed. After having arranged the wire in the grooves, the openings are closed with filling material leaving the interdental space free.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment with micro-mobility being retained within physiological limits; normalized function of teeth.
