FIELD: building industry, ceramic materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing ceramic materials. As raw components mass comprises, wt.-%: fly ash after combustion of brown coals with the content up to 25 wt.-% of calcium oxide, 49.3-50.0; microsilica from manufacturing crystalline silicon with the content 90-95 wt.-% of active silica, 26.5-26.9; and tall pitch 5% emulsion in 2% Na2CO3 aqueous solution, 23.1-24.2, and this mass is oxidized with sodium hypochlorite. Invention provides enhancing plasticity of raw mass, reducing roasting temperature, elevated strength in compression of material and its resistance to cold.
