Raw mixture for preparing ceramic materials with cellular structure comprising siliceous component, additives, foam-forming agent and water involves microsilica with specific surface above 25 000 cm2/g and content of amorphous SiO2 90-95% as a siliceous component, fly ash and Portland cement as additives and tall pitch emulsified with sodium carbonate Na2CO3 as a foam-forming agent in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: microsilica, 11.97-12.51; fly ash, 22.23-23.24; Portland cement, 14.65-15.32; foam- forming agent, 9.09-13.04; water, 38.11-39.85.
