FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions for non-autoclave cellular concretes, preparing ceramic heat-insulating materials used for preparing building constructions. Raw mixture for preparing ceramic heat-insulating materials comprising a siliceous component, additives, foam-forming agent and water. Microsilica with specific surface above 25 000 cm2/g and content of amorphous SiO2 90-95% are used as a siliceous component; fly ash and Portland cement are used as additives; tall pitch emulsified with NaOH and stabilized with microsilica-base water glass are used as foam-forming agent and components are taken in the following ratio, wt.-%: microsilica, 11.97-12.51; fly ash, 22.23-23.24; Portland cement, 14.65-15.32; foam-forming agent, 9.09-13.04; water, 38.11-39.85.
