FIELD: polymer materials.
SUBSTANCE: material appropriate for manufacture of industrial- and household-destination ware is obtained by impregnating fibrous filler, in particular Capron, nitron, or viscose fiber (18-33%), with unsaturated polyester resin (40-61%) and then with hardening system (12-42%), in particular 60-80% solution of aniline-phenol-formaldehyde resin in acetone or mixture containing 9.3-9.8% this resin, 26.5-30.8% carboxymethylcellulose, 3.1-3.3% acetone, and 56.8-60.5% water. Impregnated material is thermally treated for 2 h at temperature being gradually raised from 20 to 180оС, after which material is directly compacted.
EFFECT: reduced cost of hardening system, increased strength and heat resistance of products.
