FIELD: manufacture of heat-resistant articles from composite materials working at high temperatures, mechanical loads and high doses of ionizing radiation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed composite material possesses high heat resistance; it is made on base of unsaturated polyesters produced with the use of radiation technology. Heat-resistant composite materials and articles made from them are produced on base of copolymers obtained from unsaturated polyester resins (33.3-41.4 mass-%) and triallyl cyanurate or triallyl isocyanurate (58.6-66.7 mass-%); copolymers are produced by chemical radiation method due to radical copolymerization. Proposed binders for production of prepregs by chemical radiation method are selected from components possessing different sensitivity to ionizing radiation and polymerization ability. Articles made from proposed materials are used in aeronautical and space engineering, shipbuilding and mechanical engineering.
EFFECT: enhanced heat resistance.
