FIELD: thermal processing of metals, in particular, thermal processing of products from refractory nickel-base alloys having equiaxial, oriented and monocrystalline structure.
SUBSTANCE: method involves three stages, with first stage including heating parts manufactured from refractory nickel-base alloy to temperature within temperature range of (tfs-teut), holding and cooling at cooling rate exceeding 1000/min; second stage including heating to temperature within temperature range of (tis-tfs), where tfs is temperature of full solving of γ'-phase, teut is temperature of solving of eutectics (γ+γ'), tis is temperature of initial solving of γ'-phase, holding and cooling at cooling rate exceeding 1000/min; third stage including heating to temperature approximating tis, holding and cooling, with heating rate at all stages being greater than 1000/min, holding time being up to 300 s and cooling at third stage being performed at cooling rate exceeding 1000/min; repeating each stage several times; after third stage, providing additional annealing process at temperature below tr, where tr is temperature of regulation of γ-solid solution. Method allows sizes, shape and distribution of particles of γ'-phase and structure of γ- and γ'-solid solutions to be provided, which enable high level of operating characteristics of nickel-base alloys with equiaxial, oriented or monocrystalline structure.
EFFECT: improved operating characteristics of alloys produced and substantially reduced thermal processing time.
