FIELD: processes for making rotors operating in high temperature modes. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing lock portion of vane of cast fire-resistant nickel alloy with grain size of γ′ phase equal to 0.1 - 0.5 micrometers in groove of disc of fire-resistant deformed nickel alloy with grain size 5 - 15 micrometers; joining disc with vane by high temperature welding in temperature range (tcdγ′-10°C)-(tcdγ′+30°C), where tcdγ′ - temperature of complete dissolution of γ′ phase of fire-resistant deformed alloy; realizing heat treatment comprising stages of quenching and aging. Method allows to enhance reliability and resource of rotor at working temperature of disc rim exceeding 850 C.
