FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: there is proposed treatment method of ingots with single-crystal structure from heat-resistant nickel alloys by hot isostatic pressing. Method includes treatment of ingots by two-stage mode. At first stage of casting is heated up to temperature 950-1075°C and is isolated at this temperature and pressure of operating environment 100-150 MPa during 0.75-2 hours. On second - it is heated up to temperature for 10-50°C less than full solution temperature γ-phase with pressure buildup of operating environment up to 150-200 MPa and it is isolated at this temperature and pressure during 1-3 hours. In the capacity of operating environment it can be used argon.
EFFECT: there are increased mechanical properties and efficiency report of castings at simultaneous reduction of process duration of its manufacturing.
