FIELD: pulp-and-paper industry, in particular, equipment used at initial stages of preparing paper pulp from waste paper, that is, for additional coarse cleaning of waste paper mass from light and heavy contaminating inclusions and simultaneously for additional dismissal thereof.
SUBSTANCE: turboseparator has conical casing, conical chamber positioned in conical casing and adapted for receiving of waste paper mass for further processing thereof, tangential branch pipe built-in at casing smaller base and adapted for tangential feeding of waste paper mass into receiving chamber, drop cover arranged at conical casing larger base and equipped with branch pipe for removal of waste paper mass comprising light contaminating inclusions from receiving chamber, said branch pipe being built-in at central part of drop cover. Turboseparator is further provided with branch pipe arranged in lower part of casing and adapted for discharging of heavy contaminating inclusions from waste paper mass receiving chamber, perforated sieve arranged at smaller base of conical casing and adapted for cleaning of waste paper mass from contaminating inclusions, and clean waste paper mass receiving chamber equipped with branch pipe for removal of clean waste paper mass from said chamber. Turboseparator has bladed rotor mounted in receiving chamber at site adjoining sieve surface in axially aligned relationship with said chamber and sieve, and shaft mounted in axially aligned relationship with said chamber and extending through sieve central part. Bladed rotor is mounted at one end of shaft, whose other end is connected with electric engine. According to first version, turboseparator has light contaminating inclusions chamber furnished with branch pipe for discharging of said inclusions from said chamber. Shaft is made hollow and is communicated with waste paper mass receiving chamber as well as with light contaminating inclusions chamber. According to second version, turboseparator has light contaminating inclusions chamber equipped with branch pipe for removal of said inclusions therefrom. Rotor is composed of inner and outer hollow cylinders, which are arranged concentrically with respect to one another to define cavity communicated with both of said chambers. Shaft is fixed inside inner cylinder.
EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning of waste paper mass owing to increased capacity of turboseparator in removal from receiving chamber of light contaminating inclusions concentrated axially thereof.
