FIELD: pulp-and-paper and other industries using aqueous suspensions of fibers. SUBSTANCE: device has body accommodating mounted vessel with overflowing partition, branch pipes for supply and discharge of water and removable sieve with brackets and holes in bottom. In addition, it also has means for provision of process of fiber separation through openings of sieve provided with drive and made in form of rods to whose upper ends, removable sieve brackets are fastened by clamps. Rod lower ends are rigidly secured to ends of bar rigidly connected to pusher spring-loaded in guides and kinematically connected with eccentric cam. Drive of means for provision of process of fiber separation through sieve openings consists of reducing gear whose driven shaft is rigidly connected to eccentric cam and driving shaft is connected through coupling to electric motor shaft. Located in lower part of vessel under sieve is tank for catching of fine polluting inclusions and having perforated cover and hole for water supply located coaxial with branch pipe for water supply. Sieve side wall additionally has holes of same diameter and degree of perforation as in bottom. EFFECT: increased accuracy of determination of quality parameters of fibrous material preparation and introduced determination of additional parameter - fraction of total mass in fibrous suspension of fine solid components with specific density higher than in water and fiber. 2 cl, 1 dwg
