METHOD FOR PRIMARY TOXICOLOGICAL CONTROLLING OF WINTER WHEAT FOOD CROPS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method involves adding winter wheat sort used as test-object to basic sort seeds to be sown; providing single account of morphological deviations in structure of test-object ear in field beginning from earing phase; determining frequency of occurrence of morphological deviations by counting percentage amount of morphosis ears from total amount of examined ears. In case frequency of occurrence of morphological deviations in test-object ear exceeds 6%, said crop is not sown for producing of ecologically clean grain. Controlling procedure does not require employment of special equipment, reactants and highly-qualified laboratory workers.

EFFECT: simplified primary toxicological controlling procedure by preliminary revealing of contaminated winter wheat crops and increased efficiency.
