SUBSTANCE: one should perform ultra-structural testing of bronchial epithelial cilia, moreover, at first, one should detect the function of mucociliary system due to direct noninvasive method in vivo and at detecting either considerable or sharp degree of mucociliary failure it is possible to diagnose primary ciliary dyskinesia, and at detecting moderate degree of mucociliary failure one should verify primary ciliary dyskinesia due to ultra-structural testing of bronchial epithelial cilia.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and information value of diagnostics.
