SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for early diagnosis of airway obstruction. The radiopharmaceutical aerosol is inhaled at a rate of 1.5 times higher than the rate of normal ventilation of the lungs, with minimal clinical signs of an inflammatory process of a non-allergic nature that are not recorded during the study of the function of external respiration and radiographically. When registering the inhomogeneous distribution of radioaerosol in the lungs and its proximal deposits, violations of the patency of the peripheral respiratory tract are established, and if there is a focus of hyperfixation in the projection of the large bronchi, the presence of local disturbances in them is established.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the accuracy of early diagnosis of airway patency disorders for a set of techniques of the claimed invention.
