FIELD: filtering materials for cleaning industrial gases and liquids from mechanical impurities; chemical, petrochemical, automobile, agricultural and defense industries; mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed rubber-textile filtering material contains two layers made from twisted fibers impregnated with rubber binder on base of latex of butadiene styrene rubber and layer of reinforcing synthetic screen laid in between them; said screen is made from tricot cloth and layer of elastic tricot connected with one side of filtering material; one layer of filtering material is formed by elastomer filaments and other layer is formed non-stretchable and stretchable filaments knitted together; layers are interconnected in each course every 8-12 wales.
EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning; increased productivity due to reduced time of regeneration.
