FIELD: plastic metal working, namely sheet forming processes and equipment.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for forming parts with curvilinear bead by means of elastic medium includes container with elastic medium, die and insert mounted in die. Apparatus is provided with blanking punch arranged inside die and insert in the form of fluoroplast ring mounted on blanking punch. Height of die is equal to that of blanking punch and it is determined according to formula given in claims of invention. Invention provides possibility for achieving nominal thickness of part in zone of bead edge.
EFFECT: improved rigidity and strength of part.
