FIELD: hydrodynamic equipment; above-water and under-water surfaces of ships and water-development works.
SUBSTANCE: proposed tool has barrel and hydro-cavitational nozzle mounted in barrel at one of its ends. Other end of barrel is free. Tool for under-water cleaning of surface is provided with hose for delivery of water to barrel which is connected to it through hole found in central portion of nozzle and handle fitted in center section of barrel. Tool is provided with ejector fitted with ejecting nozzle and nozzle being ejected fitted in section between hose and free end of barrel; it is provided with flow meter for control of water flow rate. Ejecting nozzle of ejector is made in form of hydro-cavitational injector and flow meter is made in form of sleeve mounted on barrel. This sleeve has ports in section between hydro-cavitational injector and nozzle being ejected; barrel has mating ports. Sleeve is mounted for change of area of shutting-off of their ports and mating ports in barrel.
EFFECT: increased range of control; enhanced safety; reduced overall dimensions of tool; simplified construction.
