FIELD: protection of underwater surfaces of ship's hulls and water-development works; designing of cleaning tools. SUBSTANCE: tool for underwater cleaning of surfaces has body, working nozzle, ejecting and ejectable nozzles of ejector. Ejector thrust regulator is mounted at inlet of ejectable nozzle with mixing chamber. According to first version, regulator consists of two disks with mutually overlapping sector ports. One disk is immovable and is secured in inlet section of ejectable nozzle. Second disk is pressed to first one for rotation relative to it through angle sufficient for change of area of gas in sector ports. According to second version, regulator is made in such way that ejecting nozzle is secured on end face cylindrical body by means of pylons and ejectable nozzle is inserted inside it. Ejectable nozzle is movable relative to ejecting nozzle at distance equal to one length of its inner passage. Tail section of tool may be provided with movable support for forearm of the diver in performing the cleaning jobs. EFFECT: increased productivity; ease in use; reduction of hydraulic energy through control of ejector thrust with no change of total flow rate through tool and with no change in mode parameters of working nozzle. 4 cl, 12 dwg
