FIELD: glassmaking.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for modulating applied pattern when manufacturing decorative glass of the type "Metelitsa". Proposed process is realized by additionally feeding gaseous oxidative reagent into treatment zone wherein glass tape with modified surface is treated, said reagent possibly being pure oxygen, compressed air, mixture of oxygen with nitrogen or other neutral gases.
EFFECT: improved quality of decorative glass due to burned out carbon film and widened assortment of produce.
