FIELD: manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: nonshrinking cement, which is based on Portland cement clinker and can be used in manufacture and restoration of concrete structures operated under conditions of constant contact with a deleterious medium, e.g. floating docks, further contains expanding additive, and gypsum (3-8% abs.). Portland cement clinker has no more than 5% tricalcium aluminate (C3A). Expanding additive is composed of sulfoferrite and/or sulafoalumoferrite klinker (3-10% abs.) and additionally contains complex additive (0.1-2.0% abs.) in the form of mixture of plasticizer and bitumen emulsion at volume ratio between 1:4 and 2:1. Nonshrinking cement may as well contain 0.01 to 0.2% of air-entraining additive.
EFFECT: increased bend strength and corrosion resistance under combined attack of sulfate, magnesia, and chloride or at alternate freezing-thawing and moistening-drying conditions.
