FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of building materials and can be applied in production of cements for different purposes with active mineral additives. In method of cement obtaining, which includes mixing and combined milling of Portland cement clinker with gypsum and active mineral aluminium-silicon-containing additive, as active mineral additive applied are technogenic thermo-processed aluminium-silicon-containing wastes of mineral raw material processing in form of TPP ash-fly from coal burning, thermo-processed at 950-1050° C and/or in from of ashes of waste bank - burnt rock of mine dump of coal fields, thermo-processed at 600-850° C, which are supplied to mixing in quantity 5-25% of clinker weight.
EFFECT: reduction of consumption of Portland cement clinker for cement production, obtaining cement with increased durability and exploitation properties, recycling of technogenic wastes.
