FIELD: textile industry, in particular, duck fabric layers used in production of tires, for example, for rolling of crude rubber blanks, or in food-processing industry for transportation of confectionery mass.
SUBSTANCE: fabric layer is formed by weaving of synthetic flat fibrillated warp threads and single threads, which are not longitudinally divided without destruction of weft threads. Fabric layer has surface coefficient of 0.11-0.13 and flux module of 9.0-11.0, with warp and weft flex modules ratio being equal to 1.0.
EFFECT: optimal form stability and specific rigidity of fabric layer.
