FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Tire carcass comprises at least one layer of stabilizing fabric and air-tight layer connected to stabilizing fabric. Stabilizing fabric contains multiple reinforcing threads, and it is arranged in the carcass so, that reinforcing threads are placed in radial direction of the carcass. Reinforcing threads include monoaxially extended belt elements with cross section of rectangular shape, top surface and bottom surface. Belt elements comprise, at least the first layer, characterized by the degree of tension, at least about 5, modulus of elasticity, at least about 2 GPA and density at least 0.85 g/cm3. First layer contains a polymer selected from a group consisting of polyamides, polyesters, copolymers and their combinations.
EFFECT: technical result is increase of tire strength in radial direction and along the circumference.
