FIELD: textile industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the textile industry, in particular to fabrics with a special arrangement of threads, the method for manufacture thereof, and can be used in the manufacture of composite materials and ballistic protective panels for body armor facilities (BAF). Builder fabric is made of plain weave of regularly alternating two warp components with two identical weft components. First component of the warp and the weft consists of 2–30 identical, grouped in a single tape threads with a specific breaking load of 150–350 cN/Tex, a linear density of 20–330 tex and a twist of 0–50 tpm, and the second component of the warp and weft is a single thread with a specific breaking load of 5–150 tpm, a linear density of 2.2–58.8 tex and a twist 5–350 tpm.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to improve the performance properties of the fabric and the ballistic resistance of the tissue protective structure.
